Homemade cottage cheese

Made with a Moulinex companion

Ingredients for several pots:

 

- 500 cl of milk

- 1 or more empty yogurt pots

- 1/2 sachet of lactic ferments

- (1 spoon of jam for gourmet babies)

Start Moulinex in steam mode at 45 ° C for 10 min

 

Meanwhile in a container mix the milk and lactic ferments together (as well as the jam if added).

 

fill your yogurt pots with the mixture.

 

When the Moulinex is finished, quickly place the yogurt pots inside, then close and leave to stand for 8 hours.

 

Once the time has elapsed, close the yoghurts with a lid and place them in the refrigerator to serve them fresh.
